  • ***BUYER BEWARE*** I purchased my mini in July 2016, with the impression my hundred thousand mile warranty included items that needed to be repaired. Shortly after my washer pump started to leak, but they wouldn't repair it stating it wasn't under warranty. This month, they informed me my battery needed to be replaced. Not only was I sold a vehicle with a faulty battery and washer pump, their warranty covered nothing. Also, when you purchase for new tires, they charge you with an alignment. Don't you think that should be included in the price already? Their service manager refuses to communicate via email after explaining I work challenging hours and I'm not able to call.
