rev:text	Have to bump down the stars on this review based on my experience today. It's not a major complaint but it's one that I feel should be noted. Every time I come here, for my morning weekday commute, I usually am helped by Debbie and she is so very nice. She even remembered my name after 2 or 3 times which is great customer service! I really enjoy seeing her there because I know I will get good, friendly service. The afternoons are a bit different. It's a hit or miss, honestly. Today I went in and was barely acknowledged by the cashier. He seemed slightly annoyed. He just had that attitude like "I don't want to be here wasting my Saturday!" Well, I ordered an ice coffee with soy and he charged me for the soy. This is one of my complaints. Sometimes they charge me for soy with iced coffee and other times they don't. I used to work for Starbucks a while back and I can't remember but I'm pretty sure the iced coffee automatically comes with milk, so I shouldn't be charged extra just because I don't drink regular milk. I just kind of let it slide because really, it's just 50 cents or something which, luckily, won't break the bank! However, when the girl at the bar called my drink, the coffee was honestly still pretty dark. So I got charged extra for a splash of soy? Kind of lame but oh well. I went home and put almond milk in it and it's better than soy, IMO. Kind of a bummer because I really do like Starbucks and I usually have positive experiences. Next time I go, I will be sure to clarify whether I am really supposed to be getting charged!
