  • Worst car wash I've ever been to, hands down, I'd give it 0 stars if I could.. I got their "Best Wash" (Notice the parentheses because I will be using them a lot in this review) It started off with someone telling me that their machine was down. Okay I can deal with that because they told me that they were going to hand wash it.. I usually get it hand washed anyways so awesome right? No, a group of four kids proceeded to laugh and joke while "washing" my car which consisted of one kid spraying it with a hose and another wiping it with sponges while the other two sat back and watched. Then I pull up and another group of kids "wiped it down" while another watched, which left so many water spots all over.. Then I pulled up to the "detailing" section.. (This is the part that killed me) where my car sat, baking in the Las Vegas sun, for 30 mins without a single person touching it and a bunch of employees standing around talking.. After a good 40 mins someone finally started on my car.. At the end of it all my car was left with water spots everywhere, hand and arm prints everywhere from the "car washers" leaning on it, no tire shine(which was supposed to be included), and the rims were filthy.. Oh and let's not forget the wet streaks left on my leather seats. If you like your car even in the slightest you will stay far far far away from this place! Do yourself a favor and go to a place that actually cares about giving you a good wash.. If I had to suggest one "Alamo hand Car Wash" on Rancho and Decatur.. They take pride in their work unlike this horrible excuse for a car wash..
