  • Where do I begin ... Too many unsupervised children, pet owners don't pick up after their pets, 3-8 residents share 1 bedroom apartments, residents that can't afford newspaper subscriptions will steal yours, and residents and their guests drive 40 mph through the complex. Residents disrespect communal areas by trashing grills, leaving garbage and toys lying around, swimming in their street clothes, etc. Unless you are one of the above offenders (which in that case, shame on you), I would look elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later!
