Worst customer service ever!!!!! I bought a dress that was going to need some pretty significant alterations. The tailor, Maria, seemed all gung ho at first and seemed to think she could pull off what I wanted. She stated we would probably need 3 or 4 fittings. After my first fitting, I was told I would be called in a few weeks. Eleven weeks went by before I finally called them and got another fitting appointment. She made a couple alterations and had me pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up, no one told me I was supposed to try it on and when I got home, and put it on I literally cried. The dress looked horrible, and cheap and so unflattering, that I panicked and went and bought another dress, making my total dress expenditure go way over budget. I saw in a previous yelp review that another customer who didn't like her dress was able to get a refund, so I called today and spoke to Tammy about my situation. Tammy constantly interrupted me and talked over me. She didn't offer me back even part of my money and only kept telling me to talk to Maria. I stated I didn't want to talk to Maria because I no longer believed that Maria had the ability to make the dress what I wanted. Tammy continued to run her mouth and focus on irrelevant matters like Maria's hours, instead of empathizing and trying to offer a solution that would actually make me happy. Now I'm stuck with a $400 dress that I will never wear.
