Came here right before heading back into New York. I was ALREADY FULL. But this place was worth it. In fact everyone I was with was full but could still eat a small cup and didn't feel bad afterwards.
Ambiance: cute, many flavors, and cheery with lots of colors all around! Yet looked classy too. 8/10. However seating can be tight if it becomes crowded. We were there at 8pm and it wasn't very crowded.
Customer service: Nice, accommodating and friendly. 9/10.
Now onto the important part...
Taste: I had the Oreo and a dark chocolate flavor. Mine were both mushed into a cup. One tasted like it used coconut. I don't typically like coconut... but the flavors in my mouth just felt right. From what my friends and I got, it seems like it didn't matter what flavor you got, the gelato ingredients were just fresh and on point. I would rate it 10/10.
Lastly, but not least, I didn't try any of these so I don't know how they are but there are also pies and cakes. They look delicious but I'm not a cake person so cannot wait to read Your reviews on them if you try it.
That's it for my candid opinions at Dolce from New York!
My Kindest regards,
