  • I took my Christmas gift - a ring my husband purchased from the bloor Cartier location - to this location to exchange it for a smaller size. I was ignored for the first while as the staff was busy dancing around Asian customers, myself being Caucasian. Finally the man assisting me, after much back and forth, told me I best take it to the location It was purchased from. They will not lift a finger without the potential for commission. Then again, it is a suburban, mall location so I suppose the staff fits that bill. They also exclusively target Asian clients. There is also an Iranian girl there that was helpful at a different time when I went in with my husband, who is also Iranian, so perhaps that's why. Anyway, Caucasians, we're shit out of luck at this location. The service I received at other times from the bloor location was impeccable, even when I was only bringing my watch for servicing.
