  • It was our first time to go to the Arrogant Butcher. The food was good and the prices were reasonable for the location. Our server was friendly and diligent. The atmosphere was relaxing and the noise level was comfortable enough where we didn't feel like we had to raise our voice to have a conversation. It was great choice for our date night. I had the prime rib (medium) with potato au gratin. The prime rib had a pleasant smokey flavor as they use their smoker to hold their prime ribs at temp after they are finished in the oven. My wife had the diver scallops on a bed of wilted spinach (substituted from cream corn). They were perfectly cooked and buttery tasting.
