I did the indoors birthday party package for treewalk Village for my daughter.. She turned 3 years old. This package includes 3 hrs of use of the party room, and 2 hrs play time in Treewalk Village.
12 participants are included in the birthday package, but keep in mind that adults count as a participant. What was great though, was that a participant is only considered someone who goes into treewalk village. You don't have to count the guests that just come and hang out in the party room. Try to have your numbers ready for the staff a head of time though. In nice weather, I can see it will easily get busy, and they want to make sure they can accommodate your party.
Try to get your guests to fill out the waivers before coming to the party. It just saves time, and the kids could get to playing right away.
Speaking of playing right away. Your 2 hrs of treewalk village start right at your booking time. For example, 1:30pm was our booked start time (I thought for the partyroom), but it was also the start time for our treewalk village time. I spent almost the first half hour gathering waivers from my guests to go get their wrist bands. so my daughter and her guests kind of had less than 2 hrs of play time.
That being said, the staff are laid back and friendly. The party room was a nice size. Lots of tables and chairs.
Treewalk Village is a pretty great idea especially for the little ones. Even some of the older kids who were around 8-9 yrs old. The kids who are still afraid of heights have tunnels and low to the group bridges to play only. There even a mini rock climbing wall.
My daughter and her friends all enjoyed this place very much.
