  • Brought my car in on friday to have the power steering fixed bc of a leak and hard steering and also an oil change left it over night no problem just needed it fixed. Saturday rolled around no call so finally I called around 4:45 to ask about my car and the guy put me on hold to check came back and said yeah the oil change it'll be done in 30mins I was like thats fine but what about the power steering? He said the mechanic didnt say anything about it but it would be done in 30mins I was like ok so I head up there and to my surprise the guy told me they couldnt fix it because they didnt know where the leak was but i could bring it back another day and they can put an additive in my fluid to light it up and check. Imo they could've called me and suggested that and i would've went for it but no. And they charged me $30 to tell me I had a power steering leak which i already knew thats why i took it in! At check out they had a few suggestions for things i could have repaired but why would I have it done here they couldn't even help me with my original problem?
