  • Wow, an employee named Jessica was rude and standoffish to me when I asked for light ice in my drink. I let her know last time I got the chai latte, it was almost white because of how much milk it had in it, instead of her apologizing and living up to the "barista promise" she looked at me like I wasn't speaking English and proceeded to tell me that a lot of milk is added to the drink if it's ordered with light ice. I asked again for it with light ice an NO extra milk, since apparently she couldn't grasp the concept of my order. She walked away and another employee made my drink the way I wanted it, with no attitude, I ordered it with caramel but it didn't have any and when I told her it was supposed to be caramel on top, she fixed it happily!
