  • Update- my nails look like crap this morning. One is chipping already I've been coming here for years so when I told my friends to come with my tonight, I thought it was going to be a good time! But I was wrong first the owner Shania was beyond rude and made us wait when we had an appointment, it took us an hour to get back to get our toes done. The two girls my friends and I had were beyond rude. My Madison had asked me if I wanted to get acrylic nails and at first I said yes. We got done with our toes then we go to sit down at the table and she gets on her cell phone to make a personal call. Uh hello you have a customer in front of you! Then I changed my mind and did not want acrylic nails and she got pissed. Madison asked me why I didn't want them I said I changed my mind. She continued to pressure me into getting them I told her no again. The tech my friend had then came over and asked me the same thing I told her I didn't want acrylic nails and it was my choice. They both started talking in the native language and just kept looking at me. Yes I know you are talking about me and upset you are not going to get the money you wanted sorry! The rest of the time she was doing my nails she was rude. In the middle of getting my nails painted she decides to answer another call. I was furious at this point. We get done and she has me sit at her table to let them draw. My friends tech told me again you should have gotten acrylic. I said no I didn't want them! She rolled her eyes! I asked for the manager shania to come do my eyebrows and my tech said oh I don't know where she is, I think she went outside. Well ok go find her I am trying to give her more business. Do you think she went to find her? Nope! I see shania sitting in the back folding towels like hello! If you want to be treated like crap and deal with rude nail techs this place is for you!!! I am beyond disappointed by my experience and I will be going somewhere else from now on?!
