  • If i could give this company negative stars I would. I was at the car was on 5/22/2015 for a hand wash of my Prosche Boxster. When the car was done I noticed that there were pieces of fiber all over the back were the damaged emblem was. The employee had broken off a piece of the emblem. I spoke with Dallas who told me that they would "work it out". I thought I would make it easy since the part is $47. I bought it and submitted the receipt and now they won't pay for it. I called the corporate office and then received a call from Edward who proceeded to tell me that they didn't owe me anything. This place is a joke and they have premanently lost my business and I plan on telling every single person I know just how disrespectful and rude they are.
