  • It's okay. Yes, the place and decoration is nice but there's basically no service at this place. This is the third time I came here and I decided to leave a review for the first time just because I'm pretty disappointed. First, the concierge people are NOT nice at all. I don't even know why but they always give you an attitude like you're asking dumb questions. When i entered the salon, of course I'm confused where to go, since there's a bar and there's a little store/cash area all the way back. Once you let the concierge know you have an appointment, they just leave you there... like don't the concierge staff normally will tell the client where to wait or letting me know the technician is coming to look for me or let me know where the washroom is or let me know I can coatcheck my coat ?? Okay that's all fine. I guess I figured it out myself and the technician came to fine me at the end after I was there very lost the whole waiting time... Secondly, the technician was rough. I had a pedicure and the chair was very hard to seat, and my legs are not long enough so it was a bit struggling. Half way through the technician got annoyed and told me "fine, I will give you a pillow. Can you put it at the back of your chair?" Wow. The entire time while you got frustrated at me could totally be solved by providing me a pillow at the first place, and plus at the time I noticed I'm the only person wasn't asked to provide a blanket and pillow. Third, My friend and I felt like being ignored by the staffs the whole time. Example 1: this male staff came to the pedicure section and greeting people offering them water. My friend and I sit in the middle seats, and he literally passed by us and went ahead to say hi to the ladies sitting beside us and offer them water... Example 2: after the technicians finished, they don't let us know that's it's done. They just left. There was no communication what so ever... we had to ask if we are good to go and asked if they can wrap our feet. Thanks god. there was a black girl there who was actually nice and kind noticing us and asked someone to assist us. Seriously this two stars are for her.
