  • I ordered 3 plates from here delivered 2 were pad thai at spicy level 2 out of 5. Well one was a lot darker looking than the other so when I tasted the darker one it was hotter than the other one. I called to let them know & they want to tell me that I got them both the same (as if I didn't know that) & that 2 is 50% spice level. Which I understand but this plate tasted like a 4 on spice level. But the guy that answered told me they had it written down as a 2 but yet he never even saw the plate because he never cooked it. If he didn't even see or taste it how can he be so sure its not more spicy than the other one we ordered? Instead of trying to keep us happy as clients & make it up to us next time or something they want to act like I'm lying. The Mongolian beef was the 3rd item we ordered & it was more like a mixed veggie with a couple peaces of small meat. Last time we order from this place
