I've been to every buffet in town, so I do have buffet knowledge. Bacchanal is 2nd best only to the evening Wynn Buffett, however these buffets differ from one another so they may both be #1 on my list. The bacchanal is over the top and in a good way. The other great thing is that I've only stood in line once and it didn't take very long. Most buffets take forever to get through the line. PS You can avoid the line at the Wynn Buffet by paying extra - super expensive but worth it.
The food is rich and everything is specially crafted. Seafood is a plus. Downer: The honey bar should actually have honey, not just a display.
For vegi lovers, it really pleases.
The only downer are the tourists, racing to get to the food and pushing you out of the way to get to it as if it were going to run out, perhaps this is a cultural thing in highly populated countries. The other downer is the mid west mullet tourists who must eat the food at the actual buffet (taste testing) disgusting ;(
Other than that I highly recommend this buffet over all others. Something worth trying! Oh, it's pricey at $40 but worth it. Take your time and enjoy it.
