  • I've been to many nail salons and this one is by far the dirtiest! First off I got a pedicure and the water was freezing. I also think they dilute their nail polish because even the OPI brand comes out light and streaky. (I've been here multiple times so I don't think it was one bad polish). All of the pedicure chairs are warn and have dirt and dust all over them. I don't think they clean their nail tools either! They need to do a deep cleaning of the salon everything just feels like it's never been cleaned since opening. To top off my experience I found a huge bug on the floor! They really need to step up their cleanliness in here -- I'm surprised a business is allowed to operate in these conditions. Lastly I know a lot of the Asian owned salons have this problem but I feel like all of the workers here are at a social hour. They're just chatting it up in Chinese with each other the whole time. I was just hoping for a more quiet and relaxing time when I get my nails done. This was definitely not relaxing.
