rev:text	Just a quick update on Uhaul. I actually got a full refund from them, for the Truck, The trailer (that i didn't even use) and their $50 reservation guarantee. Even though this doesn't change anything of how upset I was, or the past, I am glad they stepped up and took care of business. Thank you for being fair, and taking care of my problem. 4 stars for Uhaul, as a whole... A million star rating for Anita. She was totally awesome that day. Thank you for your help Anita....
