  • I would not recommend using the BBB any more I've lost all hope just like they sold their ethics to member businesses. I remember when they actually held up neutral between customers & businesses now they are so obvious on the side of member firms I am waiting for the Attorney Generals, FTC or some governing agency to do something about it but I won't hold my breath on that. I don't even feel they even deserve a single star being blind and running several businesses in the community I do encounter a bad business here and there who take advantage and I no longer rely on BBB for accuracy I rather use Angies list or reviews to make informed decisions
