  • Where do I begin?! I booked this room because my daughter had a cheer competition in Phoenix and this was the hotel our team was staying at. I arrived and at first glance it looked to be a decent hotel. I'm from Vegas so I'm used to nice hotels. The room we checked into had no power. So I went to the front desk and they put us in a different room across the hall. It looked ok but when we tried to shower there was no hot water!!! They told me that hey had no other rooms available. So my daughter and I went 3 days without our hair washed. I had to have my room key re-done 3 times because the stopped working and the manager yelled at us for "asking for too much". If I'm paying for something I expect not to be treated like I'm an inconvenience. I won't stay here again.
