  • My boyfriend and I have been here on multiple occasions on various vegas trips the past two years and found it initially due to the strong ratings here on Yelp. We are also staying at the SLS this weekend and he stays there for work on occasion. It is convenient when you are staying there, however it ALWAYS takes forever to get your food and the service is subpar. It seems like the server to customer ratio is good, so there isn't a shortage of staff however they all seem to be standing around doing nothing even when you have asked for something like another set of silverware or some more water. There is no sense of urgency. In addition the food is nothing special and isn't cheap (although I guess that is to be expected on the strip). I don't mind paying 14.00 for am omelette but I do expect it to taste good and have good service!
