  • If I could give 0 stars I would. This places has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. It seems as if going to the store and shopping is a burden to the employees. No one greets you and avoids eye contact. God forbid you ask a question about a product! Basically, the employees pretend you don't exist. This isn't even on one occasion! There have been plenty of times, thank goodness I'm moving so I don't have to go to this location again. Best Buy - notice your customer reviews and acknowledge you need help with customer satisfaction.
