I usually call ahead to place my order so that it can be ready when I arrive, or at least so I don't have to wait as long. Today when I called I was put on hold; expecting to be helped in a timely fashion, I stayed on the line. However, I was not helped at all, I stayed on the line for 15 minutes, still on hold when I arrived. When I got to the counter the person at the counter shouted back to the two behind her and asked who was on the phone, I responded for them, saying it was me who had been on hold for 15 minutes. The girl who had put me on hold said "oh I forgot about that, oops." Very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with the staff who was working on January 6 at noon.
