  • They are worsest that I have ever dealt with and they won't fix thing properly. They half ass ever thing they do. We lived in this apartment for 6 months with our roof leaking. No compensations, no rent deduction. It seemed as if we got sick ever other week. We slept in our living room so that we would not get sick as much. They would call you once to attempt to fix and that would be the end them calling you. Don't even try calling them they don't answer the phone. Go down there personal. I believe they are a health hazard. Do not move in there unless it is only what you can afford or don't have someone you can rent a room from. If you move in go for the first floor other wise it will be a nightmare. I have heard other people come plan about that same thing I do.
