  • We used Affordable Flooring to install new porcelain wood look flooring tile in our entire house. We have a 1700 sq ft house that had carpeting, some old tile to remove, and even one room that had laminate flooring. We went to their showroom and they seemed very professional and helpful. They have a very good selection but we didn't see exactly what we were looking for. So we continued to look at a couple tile places in town and finally found what we wanted. We went back to them with what we found and they were glad to do our job and get the tile we wanted. We set up a measurement with Gomez, who is part owner. He measured and they gave us a full estimate in a couple days. We had looked around at other places in town and Affordable's price was one of the best and we just liked their professionalism. The work was completed in about 8 days and we just were not happy with the way the grout turned out. It was lighter than we wanted and not uniform in color. We talked to them and they said yes something was wrong with the color and they said they would make it right for us. We got together with them a couple days later and decided to have the grout sealed with a darker colorant. That took 2-days and looks much better and we are very happy with the outcome. The grout is now a uniform and the color looks great. Travis, Edie, Gomez and Lisa were great to work with and were on top of things through out the installation. Edie would call us daily after the guys left to see how things were progressing. We would definitely recommend them.
