  • My family went to procare when Dr tran first opened. We were able to be seen instantly. Now that he has an Onslot of useless staff it's ridiculous today's appointment has been terrible got signed in at 1045. We started in the waiting room for 45 min then in triage for an hour then got told that they need to sanitize some equipment and we just just come back later.. I said no. I will just wait right here. Then they asked us to go back and wait in the lobby. Who wants to wait this long just to be seen .... no one!!!!!!!
