  • If I could give negative stars I would! WORST customer service EVER!!! Advertisement outside says "Under New Management-20% off. We go inside and it's for my 8 year old and 15 year old to get a manicure. They have children prices and student prices on the wall. Each say with free flower. So when I ask what the total will be for each of my daughters the lady there tells me a higher price than what's stAted on the wall. I ask why is it higher? She said well we're under new management and the prices are higher...umm I don't care if your under new management, you still have those prices listed so my price should be those prices plus the 20 % off as advertised. After a little argument she says ok, $10 for your younger and $13 for your older daughter. I'm like ok, with the 20% off. So I go across the way and my daughters say they want pedicures. The prices listed on the board are $18 for my 8 year old and $35 total for my older daughter for a mani and a pedi. So I ask her how much and she says $55 total for all. I say ok, knowing damn good and well $63 ($10 mani and $18 pedi for my younger one and $35 for both mani and pedi for my older one minus 20% is not $55. I get back to check on them and my youngest daughter has no flowers on her nails AS ADVERTISED!!! So I ask the lady, she's getting flowers right? The lady looked at me pissy and said "she didn't say she wanted it"...ITS PART OF THE SERVICE YOU ADVERTISE!! So then she finishes her toes and again NO FLOWERS!! I say something again and she gets pissy with me saying that I'm already getting a discount and that it's not needed. I said umm, just an FYI-$55 for all of it is not a 20% discounted price and don't worry I will never be back. Super rude, doesn't abide by the prices on the board which is AGAINST THE LAW BTW!! Total false advertisement!
