  • Meh. While the colour touch-up end result was satisfactory, that's literally ALL they did. I was told when I arrived that there would be no time to dry my hair and they thought someone notified me of that (they didn't). Then I was upsold on a treatment for $15 -- just build it into your fee like everybody else so it actually seems as if you care. Last, when I agreed to not have them blow dry, they simply squeezed my wet-from-the-bowl hair once and showed me the till. Dripping. No product. No styling. No nuthin'. See ya. Don't forget to pay the full fee for 2/3 of the service! It was loud, bright, and very chatty. If you're into that vibe, enjoy. If you want to be treated like a person and not a widget, go elsewhere.
