I was referred to Denali Service through my home warranty provider they did come and take a look at my oven but Alvin was supposed to be between the hours of 3-6pm and came 15 minutes to 7pm he did call to tell me he was running late. He didn't look very professional his shirt was not tucked in and looked out of breath I realize it' hot here in AZ but still no excuse for unprofessional appearances. He told me that the knobs might be the issue he would call to confirm that it was going to be covered and give me a call back the next day and order the part & try it out to see if that was the main problem. I paid him my deductible of $60 which I thought was $50 not a big deal I thought. Well, it's been over a week no call from him. I even called the company and they said they would need to contact him and get more info. I have not heard back from them since I called this afternoon no answer left a message on their machine & still no call back. A phone call would have been nice to say they haven't gotten a hold of him or something I would have given no stars but that's not an option guess I'm better off getting a new oven instead of wasting more money on services.

Got a call about 2 1/2 weeks after first "service" to have the guy come out with repair part... mmmk didn't know it was ok'd by warranty agency no one called me to confirm but I will let it go .... Guy was supposed to be here today between 12-3 NO SHOW NO CALL to confirm him coming and NO CALL to say running late every time I've tried calling I don't get anything but machine so I left a message stating how upset I am I will NOT be doing another "follow up" with this company. better off fixing it myself or getting a new oven which we can't afford but need. Thanks Denali Services NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
