Can't believe z gallerie doesn't stand behind their product
I purchased this beautiful art less than one year ago. My designer recently was over and brought it to my attention that this piece was turning yellow. I took a photo to compare, and was shocked how yellow it had turned.
I went in to my local zgallerie today and purchased another piece of art for another room and while I was their I brought up the situation with this painting and the associate recommended I contact customer service as this piece is no longer for sale in store. She said customer service would help me to get the piece changed out because it should not be turning yellow.
I spoke to customer service today and explained my situation and dismay that such a pricey piece was essentially ruined. The associate told me that z gallerie only offers a 30 day return policy and that they don't stand behind their products after that time.
I am in dismay. I would have never purchased a piece of art for over $500 that was only going to last a couple months. Don't waste your money.
