I am currently sitting in the waiting room, for one hour and 11 minutes waiting for them to make sure I don't have one of those special blue cross blue shield policies. Which I know I don't since I DO THIS FOR A LIVING, and I been here for the same service with the same insurance few months ago!! After waiting 45 minutes the tech came to tell me that!! Heard the receptionist say they called my insurance seven times. And since no one has said anything to me for over 25 minutes. My appointment was 7:45...when I made the appt I was told my insurance is covered and benefits are good. All of this should have been verified when they called me to schedule my appointment that why my doctor sent them the order directly. Really frustrating, especially since I really need for test performed so I am trapped to sit here.
