  • Save time, save hassle, don't go. I went on Sunday, approved by my lender. After being high pressured sales by Dom, Eric, even visited by the used car sales manager. Brian,the assistant finance manager called me with a total attitude because I wanted to use Hughes. Still pulled my credit, still got dinged. He made it very clear I would not be able to use Hughes on a Sunday, I would have to wait until Monday. That is fine. Guess what? They then sold the car. Guess they made more money with a customer that goes through their preferred lender. Dominic called me on Tuesday, with a story sounding like "they sent the car to Manheim auction." Manheim auction did not have this car or this vin after I checked. Made a complaint with Koy the general manager and Jason, the finance manager. Funny enough no one has returned my phone call. They are happy, all they care about is churning and burning the customers coming in and out get their money. So proud the biggest dealership with the most volume of sales! Forget customer service
