First of all, I had made an online appointment but the truck was not ready. I waited until 10:40 for my truck although it was booked for 10:00 pick up. I mentioned that the last time I rented a truck that the PSI came on so to check the tires. When I picked up the truck and pulled off the lot, the tires were losing pressure. I had to pull aside and wait an hour for the tire to change causing me to miss my time to pick up my furniture so I had to wait another hour AND waste gas so I can keep the a.c. on in this Phoenix heat. When I spoke to the assistant manager, he said he couldn't do anything to help me with my horrible experience. The most he could do was waive $3.33 after taxes and give me a scripted "I apologize" statement ! That is a shame. Terrible service & experience!!!
