  • I'm disappointed with this company. I am a small business owner with a medical practice. Multiple times they have scheduled with us and then not showed up. I've spoken to a supervisor who promised to get back to me after this happened a month ago but he never did. They don't seem to understand that we have to block our time for them then they don't even have the courtesy to call when they can't make it. On top of it that's always the story... they can't make it. They obviously can't get their scheduling together.
