  • The good: The hotel is centrally located on the strip, which is wonderful!! All of the dealers I had have been good to great, and not because I won or lost. Most were friendly. The bad: Check in was excruciatingly long. We waited about 40 minutes in line because they were very understaffed. The rooms are dumps!! The entire room was way overdue for a makeover, especially the bathroom. The last time these rooms have seen a decorator was sometime in the early 80's. There was no exhaust fan in our bathroom, therefore the entire room smelled very musty. The casino is small, but ok, the cocktail waitresses however, are not the nicest nor most prompt; I actually encountered one that was downright rude. Check-out was only easy because there was no line. My experience overall was less than average. I can not express how DUMPY and outdated the rooms are!! Location is really the only reason to stay here. I preferred to go next door to to the Cromwell to gamble, and other places to eat. I only ate in the Flamingo when it was late at night and I was happy with just grabbing a slice of pizza.
