  • Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic is in 1 word AMAZING. Dr Carol and crew have one mission to get your pet happy and healthy. I just moved to the area and my puppy had a case of diarrhea. Dr Carol squeezed us in without an appointment. Their office is clean, the staff is friendly. I (Kira our pup) couldn't be happier. What I really like about Dr Carol is she doesn't push medication. my previous vet would charge me for the vet visit give me loads of medication (at a cost of course) and push us out the door. Dr Carol also gives a complimentary follow up visit! My previous vet would charge me again. If I have a question a quick email to Dr Carol will get me a response within hours, at longest the next day (even on the weekend) If your looking for a vet you would be making a mistake if you don't go here. We are so lucky and thankful for Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic!!
