  • I have used Charlotte kennels for many years for boarding, playgroup and groom. I have always had a great experience and really like the feeling of a second home for my pups. The owner actually works in the facility a lot. She is available at all times for staff and clients. Her passion for animals is very apparent. I have a schnauzer with specials needs and he is always treated just as I have requested and leaves with a great report! All of the animals are treated as family and their individual characteristics considered when they are dropped off. I love the play group area with the bridges and pool. The many photos posted on Instagram are a great way to see how much fun they have. Hands down best facility I have used for my pets over the years.
