  • My mouth is watering while I write this review. Luncha Libre is so good, I almost feel bad for the other food trucks that come to the area by my work because they blow the competition and other trucks out of the water. I had the steak and blue and after the first bite I thought I was in quesadilla heaven. The blue cheese with the zest of the steak was a perfect combination. And this was no rinky dinky quesadilla either. You will need to use 2 hands to hold it. A coworker has their artichoke and spinach one and she loved it as well. The mint tea they make is excellent and goes very nicely with the spiciness of the quesadilla. My only complaint is that I thought the chips were a little too salty and the salsa they give you isn't enough to put on the quesadilla and have with the chips. Gosh I wish I had a quesadilla right now.
