I've eaten at The French Laundry, and I would choose Guy Savoy over it. They are both incredibly amazing restaurants, but Guy Savoy is just slightly better. First, the service is exquisite. Everyone that works there is French, so you honestly feel like you're in France even though you're still in Las Vegas. Now let us get to the important stuff...THE FOOD. I chose to go with the "Signature Menu" and it was spectacular. The 9 courses were perfectly spaced out. The Foie Gras and Truffle Soup were my favorite. The Foie was perfectly cooked, and the bitter influsion was something different.
I definitely plan on coming again.
P.S.
Be cautious of the bread cart, don't want to fill up on that because later in the meal there will be a dessert cart, cheese course, chocolates, and they give you a nice little treat to take home with you.
