rev:text	Dr. Pinto is my Pulminologist I see annually for a check up. He has a good bed side manner and never seems to be in a rush to get u in and out of his office so he can make the $$. Things you need to know: They do not take credit cards/debit cards. They are a cash or check only Dr. Office. Can u believe it. I was stunned. Especially when I set my appt. and they did not say anything. (Do people still use checks) I guess if u don't have the cash or check they will have there billing department bill you. The receptionist I have an issue with. She started of really nice. But It went down hill from there. I have been here 5+ years with the same insurance. But today I had to refill in all my info, which I get because I only come here annually. I did not have my Ins. Cards. She insisted I needed my cards. I told her id call my Ins company so we could verify my eligibility. The ins company was more than willing to confirm anything she needed. At that she point she says never mind if they can't fax her anything then there's no reason to talk to them. Rolls her eyes at me then tells me if there is any issue their billing department will take care of it. Note: I saw my file. There's a copy of my old ins card in it. I get the pressure but don't take ur bad day out on me. Doc: your a 5 Receptionist: ur a 1
