rev:text	I have mixed feelings about these guys. When I go in and tell them exactly what I want usually they do a pretty good job but I've had too many mishaps (i.e., faulty parts, not returning phone calls, excessive service times) to give them a better than average revue. You definitely have to watch out for them trying to upsale you on things you don't really need, doesn't happen all the time but it does happen. If they could get rid of the occasional bad apple they would be five star.
