  • First the positives. A+ customer service. Friendly staff and they let you early check-in, no charge, if there is availability. The negatives, the Facility and room itself is a solid D to D-. No easily accessible power outlets in our room. There was a tight space to reach the outlet beneath the mattress headboard and an outlet in the corner of the room next to the AC behind the lamp and chair. We had to unplug the lamp in order to keep a phone charger near the bed. The plumbing is really bad. 4 mins in the standing shower and the water is backed up ankle high. Also it appears that they've had a broken elevator (out of only 2) with no secondary entry into the garage parking structure for a while. So the wait to get on and off the only option to get to our rental car could get lengthy. The stairwell remains locked as well, albeit to prevent theft and wonderers thru the parking lot, but still with only one elevator access that's kind of ridiculous. This all leads to a 3 stars, although I think I may be a little generous with that.
