Customer service was good, and we were seated quickly. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and my friend got the New York one, and this shop doesn't make their own cakes; they're of the "frozen then thawed" variety, and you can tell since the base of our cakes were so soggy, water was coming out of it. Half the cake was still frozen, and tasted like it had been in the freezer for a very long time (musty kind of taste). Portions are also tiny, finished it in 4 bites and not worth the cost. My other friends got sago soup type things, and they're all variations of the same thing: sago drowned in coconut milk with a handful of frozen NOT THAWED fruit that you chose (so it was like eating sour ice cubes). I thought my teeth were going to break off that day. Also, freezer burn was evident in the ice cream; it had ice crystals all over it and good luck trying to hack your spoon/fork into it. Overpriced for something I could buy for less and at high quality from food basics or supermarket.
