  • I spotted their giant ice cream cone from the freeway on our way to Mount Royal. I am obsessed with ice cream so I had to stop by and see their menu. It was still early in the morning so we got their info and came back at night. Their menu looked delicious. What stood out was their Avalanche which has the same concept as a Dairy Queen blizzard. The difference is they had a ton of mix ins that you cannot find at Dairy Queen. So we returned at night and I had a bunch of questions about what to order. We were lucky that the owner helped us because he was very nice and helpful. I asked him what coffee crisp is and he let me try some. I asked how many mix ins the avalanches would come with and he said 3. I ended up ordering a medium Avalanche with coffee crisp and kit Kats. I'm a huge eater but I thought the portion was very big and enough for 2 to share. My choice was delicious. The kit kat and coffee crisp complimented each other perfectly. They did not skimp on mix ins either. I had a huge amount of candy in every spoon. I can't wait to go back on my next visit to Montreal.
