  • One thing I hate about hair salons is unclear pricing and surprises at the end. Was quoted a certain price for highlights and cut. What's the point of a consultation and quote if you are going to be 100% inaccurate? Highlights went from $85 to $175 due to roots touch-up, toner, etc which was NOT explained to me when she suggested all these changes she wanted to do to my hair. Their receipts do not even show detailed breakdown of how it climbed to $175, i had to ask for a specific breakdown. Was not happy with the way they responded too when I protested the bill. Tricky. Will not be returning
