  • I called United garage door and set up an appointment for an estimate. Originally I was given a two-hour block of time for my estimate / install. Unfortunately, I got kind of upset because of a two-hour delay and wanted to cancel my appointment. David at headquarters did everything you could to keep me from leaving my appointment. After a short discussion, I decided to keep my appointment. Kyle, was my installation expert. Kyle was very personable and conscientious as he worked diligently to install my garage door. I am satisfied, I made the right decision staying with United garage door. My garage door quiet and works perfectly; I recommend you give United garage door your business, they want you as their customer.
