  • A group of us went there for New Year's Eve (10pm show). We checked in early and walked into the waiting area where it smelled like burnt grease. There was a haze in the air from the burnt grease and was overbearing that we left to go get some fresh air and return closer to show time. The concept of passing out playing cards for your position in line is a nice concept; however, they do not follow the order of the cards when letting people in (nor do they use any microphone/PA system so people can hear what cards they are calling). There were people standing in the way when people were trying to get through when their cards were being called and no one enforced or announced to these people to get out of the way. Again, if they would use a microphone or PA system, people would be able to hear and it would be a safer environment without people getting irate, pushing and shoving. The main room where the stage/comedians performed stunk like sewer vapors. It was beyond horrible. 2 of the 3 stalls in the ladies rest room located within the show room was out of toilet paper (there were ladies shouting/asking if someone could pass them some toilet paper, Kleenex, etc), the toilets were disgusting (dark rings/mold, red algae ... looked like they had never been cleaned), the stalls were dirty with caked on dust, 1 of the 2 sinks were clogged up (not functional), there was water all over the floor from the clogged up sink and wet paper towels on the floor from the trash overflowing. My friend said that the rest room on the other side wasn't any better. I opted to order/drink bottled water since the bathrooms were so disgusting/dirty (can't imagine what the kitchen looks like). This place was unorganized regarding the New Year's champagne toast. They were scrambling to get the champagne glasses passed out (it was two minutes until midnight and half of the place still did not have their champagne to toast and we were sitting towards the front and were one of the last people to get our champagne glasses .... it was exactly 2 seconds before midnight when our champagne glasses arrived). The 2 headliners only were on stage for 10-15 minutes and 1 of the 2 was funny. There was this obnoxious guy that kept saying he was one of the owners and kept babbling on and on (and was on the stage twice). The audience was beyond annoyed with this guy plus it was one minute prior to midnight and he was not acknowledging that it was one minute before midnight (warning/countdown to ring in the New Year). The crowd yelled loudly counting down the last 10 seconds just to shut him up. Right after the champagne toast, we left. I would not recommend or come back.
