rev:text	It bums me out having to write this review because my expectations of this place were super high. It was 10 min from the time that we got sat before our server came to introduce herself to us. She came over and asked if we were ready to order, my husband needed some more time, so she said she would come back. She could've easily taken our drink order but she never asked. When she came back, took our order, then at that time she asked us what we wanted to drink. It seemed odd due to the fact that everywhere we go, we get asked what we want to drink before anything else. Anywho, we never saw that server again, a younger gentleman came out with our appetizers and sat them down, it wasn't until shortly after that our drinks came out... The food was okay. We ordered the Kettle Chip Nachos, it was a little disappointing with the small about of shredded short rib it had! I'm pretty sure I would've been able to count the shreds of beef on these chips. We ordered some fries for our 2 year old to eat and they were so hard and tasteless, she gave up after 2 bites and would shake her head no when we offered her some more. This little girl eats crayons and she refused to eat these fries. Next up was our burgers. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger, it come with different kinds of cheese and just the meat. My son ordered the Backyard burger, just a basic burger and my husband ordered the Hog Burger. These were actually pretty good. They aren't served with any sides so we ended up ordering some beer battered onion rings, but just like the drinks... these didn't come out until later, way later. Basically, service needs to improve. All food should come out at once except for the appetizer, don't bring out the side to my burger when I'm half way thru with it, at that point don't being me anything at all. We found out that the server never came back to our table because she got sent home, there was no introduction to the person that was going to be taking over her section. Really? And on top of this bad service, I'll still expected to tip 18 % I don't think we'd come back, we have reservations for Hell's Kitchen in a couple of weeks, hoping that it will be a much better experience.
