  • THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY. I recommend that you continue to look at other companies. The movers were very unprofessional and careless. Most of the time, they complained about having to move a heavy box or having to move the furniture. Umm, this is your job and what you were hired to do. There was a lack of consideration to protect our furniture. I was promised that part of the cost and labor included the wrapping of furniture with blankets and cellophane. There wasn't any blankets used only cellophane and that was it. Since we didn't have the move on the same day, there was a different crew that loaded the truck and another crew that unloaded a couple days later. Since the unload crew didn't load in the first place they stated they didn't know how to put anything back together since they didn't take it apart. Therefore they just dropped it off in the room and I had to put it back together on my own, but they made sure to charge me for their time and labor even though they didn't finish the job. The second crew also complained to us that the crew that loaded the truck up were careless and should have used more materials. They wanted to make it clear to us that they were not the one's that damaged our items but the first crew did. Such a mess. At the end of the day, with dinged up walls in my new house and damaged items, I just wanted them to leave. When it came to having the items fixed the owner was nice to send a furniture person to come and fix what he could. However, one of my tables was not able to be fixed. When I reached back out to the company again, I have not been able to get any responses. I will never use them again. To save money and multiple headaches, I don't recommend them. Moving is stressful enough without having this kind of hassle.
