  • I love living at Skyhouse. I just renewed my lease. Sometimes I stop by the leasing offices to just say hello to Tyler, Jeff, and Emily, if I don't go in they always wave or say "Hi Mindz." Recently they hired a Cares Team who have put on great residents functions-which is nice because we have such a diverse building and they are trying to accommodate everyone. It's neat to see who wants to live at Skyhouse and their story as to why they want to live Uptown Charlotte since it's 22-70 year olds. As for animals, this is a DOG community. Your pet will not be lonely. Dog walkers can stop by during the day. Maintenance is top notch, these guys have really gone above and beyond for me. I anticipate things getting even better with the restaurants opening in the two towers. Great walk ability. Come say hi to Tyler, Jeff, and Emily! I don't understand what the other review is no diversity and residents not talking is about but with 700+ apartments in 2 Towers how can you make everyone happy?!? It's not perfect but pretty close. I do agree with another review about going to the lobby to get guests especially when we are at the pool or the guests being sent to your apartment floor and you having to meet them there instead of directly to the pool. There are camera's everywhere and if you can see the resident at the pool the guest should be sent directly there. I think it's better than sending someone to the residents apartment floor waiting for the resident to get down there. If safety is a concern then direct access to the resident I would think is best.
